The Hilton Garden Inn provided me with a mixed experience. On one hand, the room had convenient amenities like a microwave, decent size fridge, and Keurig coffee maker, but it lacked the cleanliness expected from a Hilton property. The service, especially from Richard, the manager of the room maids, was excellent and hospitable, making my stay pleasant. The location was ideal for exploring the newer southbank area without the typical downtown issues, and the dining options offered good value with a buffet at a reasonable price.
